He Is Not Alone
Chapter 15

It was late August when the FBI agents came. A dozen agents showed up just after Will and Amy began their day. Around 9 am Andy calls Will to the office. Will immediately senses something was up. It doesn’t take long before he knows there is trouble. During the last year or so together, Will and Amy have been working on their capabilities, including telepathic communications. Amy was working with the wolves when Will tells her that there were agents in the office and they were there to take him away.

The two try to come up with a way to escape, but with the office at the entrance to the park, they know that it would be impossible. Will, knows he can handle the agents but doesn’t want anything to happen to Amy. Will enters the wolf compound and they decide to move to the back of the wolf compound and see what happens.

Sitting behind some rocks with the wolves acting as guards, it isn’t long before the FBI agents come out of the office and spread out looking for Will. Eight agents climb the stairs to the walkway and begin searching the park. Before long one of them spots Will and Amy hiding behind the rocks. He calls to several other agents and they enter the compound.

As the half a dozen agents enter the compound Andy comes running out of the office and yells that they are in the wolf compound. Not knowing about the special skills that Will and Amy have, they see nothing wrong with approaching the two. They feel that the wolves are tame since Will and Amy took refuge in the cage area. Within moments, the agents are surrounded by a pack of growling wolves. Instinct takes over and they pull their weapons and take aim at the wolves. Will immediately see the danger and has the agents drop their guns while telling the wolves to just guard the agents.

Will tells the agents, “As long as you do not move, nothing will happen to you. If, however, you try to reach your guns, the wolves will attack without warning. Do you understand?”

The agents all respond that they understand. Somewhere in the compound are a couple of other agents and they now know where Will and their fellow agents are. With guns drawn, they are on the catwalk closing in on Will, their fellow agents, and the wolves.

As the agents get closer to the wolves’ pen, they see their fellow agents surrounded by the pack of wolves with Will and Amy walking away. The agent closest to the gate of the wolves’ compound, commands them to stop!

“Amy, please do, as they say, we will not be harmed,” Will tells her as he looks around to see where the other agent is. He knows if he can see the agent then he can control him. As luck would have it both agents are at opposite ends of the catwalk.

“Amy, can you handle the agent by the gate?”

“Yes, of course, I can, what about the other agent and the ones being guarded by the wolves?”

“We have to hope that the wolves will not hurt them. As for the other agent, I can take care of him. We will have them drop their guns into the compound on the count of three. Ready?”

“Yep”

“1, 2, 3!”

Both agents drop their guns like they were pieces of hot metal. With that, Amy and Will walk out of the compound and run to their car. Andy is standing by the office door watching everything. As Will goes by, he tells him that they will be on vacation for a while.

In the parking lot, Amy and Will are stopped by the two other agents. Without thinking, Will has them pass out cold. He and Amy get into their car and leave.

Amy is in shock. She doesn’t understand what happened to the agents in the parking lot. Finally, she asks Will.

“What happened to those agents in the parking lot, Will?”

“Oops, I guess I forgot to tell you, I can control the human body just like we can control their minds and thoughts. I didn’t have time to think about it, I just had them pass out. They should be fine when they wake up.”

“You can control the body?”

“Yes. When I was shot by the FBI agents sent to kill me, I got really pissed and both agents dropped dead. When the President tried to have me killed, I reversed the tables and he died as well. Up until now, I wasn’t sure what I could actually do. But apparently, I can make them pass out or drop dead. It’s not the same as changing their thoughts. I am still not sure what physical damage I can cause.”

“When will they wake up?”

“I don’t know.”
