The sound of the sea gently lapping filled Josie's ears. She wanted to escape, to cover her ears, but she was powerless to do so.

She was entirely engulfed by the rushing water, on the verge of gasping for breath in the next second. Her body yearned to collapse from exhaustion, yet she was restrained by chains. "Josie." A distant voice suddenly echoed, rousing Josie from her daze.
