Chapter Thirteen

MARKS POV

I was downstairs with dad, Drake, Alex, Mike and Manuel waiting for mom to come down from showing Luz and the kids where they are going to stay. Once she came down the stairs and into the living room, she looked at me with a big smile on her face and we all looked at her.

“If you want your family back, I suggest you go to your room and talk to Luz. I told her she was staying there but didn’t tell her that you have been staying there since the day we thought she had died” she said

“Mark don’t screw this up, she has cried since the day we left and till this she still cries herself to sleep. Even though she may deny it, she still loves you” Alex said

“Go get your family back son” dad said

I started to walk up the stairs and to my room or should I say Luz’s room, when I entered the room Luz was sitting down on the bed with the picture frame I had on the nightstand. I walked up to her but she didn’t even realize that I was in the room since she was so focused on the picture only when I was in front of her is when she looked up to me and I could tell she could see how hard I was trying to hold back my tears, she then looked down and and a tear fell on to the glass of the picture frame but I didn’t say anything, all I could do was wait to see what she would do or say.

“Who did this” she asked

“I did, the day we thought you all had died” I said

“Why” she asked

“Because, I realized what I had to late and it was the only thing I had left of you” I said

She got up from the bed and placed the picture frame back on the nightstand, she walked around me and opened her suitcase before starting to get some clothing out of it. All of her clothing was black, red or both colors. She took in a deep breath and she started to relax, she then turned to me while looking into my eyes.

“You stay in this room” she asked not looking at me

“Yes” I answered

“And I’m guessing we will be sharing the room” she said

“What makes you say that” I asked

“Your mom gave your room to the boys” she said

“If you want I can move to another room” I said

“Your mom has something up her sleeves doesn’t she” she asked

“You mad” I asked

“Not sure yet, I’m going to go take a shower” she said before walking towards the bathroom

When she walked into the bathroom she closed the door but didn’t lock it. I sat on the bed before I heard the shower turn on, after awhile I heard a light knock on the door so I walked to it and opened it only to find mom, my sister, Daisy, the boys, Derek, Mike, Alex and Manuel.

“What is going on here” I asked

“Did you talk to mom” Daisy asked

“Just a few words, why” I asked

“Look, mom still loves you and we know she wants to get back with you. She has become so afraid of loving anyone else besides us, we always wanted to have a dad in our life’s since we were pups and I guess it’s about time you make up with her” Drake said

“Besides we always wanted to have a little brother or sister” Daisy said

“You shouldn’t be saying that daisy, you’re still too young to talk that way” I said

“Then I will say it, go and make up with Luz and make me some more grandpups” mom said

I started to smile and closed the door just as I started to remember the day of her birthday when I walked in to her room and she was taking a shower, I walked to the bathroom opening the door slowly. I got in without making a sound before taking my clothing off, allowing them to fall on top of Luz’s clothing. I walked into the shower wrapping my arms around Luz’s waist and started to kiss her neck like I did that day. Just like that day she let out a moan, reached in front of her and turned off the water.

I turned her around before grabbing her hand and walked her back to the room, I looked in her eyes and saw so much love for me. I started to lean my head down slowly towards her face, when I was centimeters away from her face she closed her eyes and contacted our lips. Our kiss was passionate and full of love, I placed one of my hands on her waist bringing her closer to me until her chest was touching mine.

My other hand went to the back of her head to hold her lips against mine, our kiss started to become more hot and desperate as my hands went to her thighs picking her up making her legs wrap around my waist. I slammed her against the wall making her moan against my mouth, she started to wrap her fingers in my hair pulling just slightly making me growl in approval which made her smile against my lips. I pulled away and looked at her as she looked at me and we were trying to catch our breath, I kissed her lips one time before looking back into her eyes.
