When Magnus was on the verge of losing control and thrusting into her, he suddenly realized something was not right. Suppressing the discomfort coursing through his body, he lifted his gaze to Natalia’s face. 

She was staring at the ceiling, her pale face streaked with tears. She looked as if she’d lost all hope for the future, just silently gazing at the ceiling. 

Something in Magnus heart felt like it had been pierced, the pain unbearable. He slowly reached out and wiped away Natalia’s tears.
