Aurelia was taken aback. That name was all too familiar to her.

Skyler, there you are! How did you end up here alone?”

“I came out to find Daddy, but I couldn't find him.” Skyler explained.

“We should head back’ one of the bodyguards suggested.

Skyler reached out to Aurelia, “Would you like to come to my house?"

“Sure” Aurelia nodded, realizing that if she wanted to find out more, she would have to go to his house. She needed to figure out if Skyler was really feeble-minded or just pretending to be.

The bodyguards looked uncomfortable, “Mr. Skyler, we can't bring strangers back to the hotel.” Skyler dismissed them with a wave of his hand, “She's not a stranger. She's the angel who saved Orchid."

With that, Skyler grabbed Aurelia's arm and led her towards the hotel, ignoring the bodyguards. Yuna quickly followed.

Once at the hotel, they headed to the presidential suite.

Skyler was eager to introduce Aurelia to his friends.

“This is Daisy, Lily, Rose. They're all my good friends."

Aurelia glanced at the blooming flowers on the windowsill and greeted them. “Hello Daisy, Lily, Rose!"

"Daisy says you're very beautiful,’ Skyler said, smiling.

“Thank you, Daisy, you're very beautiful too,” Aurelia replied with a smile.

Skyler placed Orchid next to Daisy. Aurelia noticed a cut on his finger, probably from the broken flower pot.

"Oh my goodness, you've hurt your finger. Does it hurt?"

Skyler shook his head, “I'm not afraid of pain.”

Aurelia asked for a first aid kit, “Skyler, you're very brave. But we still need to clean the wound or it could get infected”

She took out some hydrogen peroxide to clean his wound.

As the liquid touched his skin, he quickly looked down and started blowing on his finger.

Aurelia realized he must be in pain as hydrogen peroxide can be quite stinging.

"Hold on a little longer, and it'll stop hurting soon.”

She also started blowing gently on his wound to help ease the pain.

After cleaning his wound, she applied some iodine for disinfection, then covered it with a band-aid. “You can't get your finger wet today. At bedtime, remove the band-aid. This will help your wound heal faster."

Skyler repeated her words to himself, “Don't get it wet, and remove at bedtime. I remember.” “You're very clever, Skyler!” Aurelia said with a smile.

Skyler seemed delighted by her comment. He scratched his head and laughed, “You're the first person to call me clever.”

Aurelia felt a pang of sympathy. Skyler didn't seem at all like the ruthless leader of a crime syndicate. Could she be wrong?

"Skyler, you're not only clever, but you're also very talented. You can grow such beautiful flowers. Could you teach me sometime?"
