Chapter 350 Safe and Sound

Colin smiled. He looked at Faye's pink earlobes and wrapped his arms around her waist to take the initiative.

Faye leaned against him.

He rubbed her lips and said, "Honey."

Faye replied in a low voice, "Hmm."

The smile in Colin's eyes became more obvious. "I love you."

Faye's body trembled. "I know."

He sucked her lips. When he let go of her, he pressed his forehead against hers and said in a deep voice, "You only know that I love you, but you don't know how much I love you."

The single bed was indeed a little narrow. It was not only narrow but also not soft enough.

Colin carried Faye to the bedside, put his hand on her waist, and bent over to hide the two in the dim yellow light.

After a while, the two shaking figures were printed on the wall.

More than an hour later, the two huddled in the single bed. Faye was a little tired. Her eyes were red and moist.

He hugged her, kissed her forehead, eyes, cheeks, and finally, her lips. He said in a hoarse voice, "Baby, look at me."

The next day, after a week of heavy snow, the sun finally appeared in Roxford's sky.

Faye opened her eyes and moved uncomfortably in Colin's arms.

Colin chuckled and held her tightly. "Are you awake?" His voice was a little lazy. Faye replied, "Yeah."

Colin asked, "Are your legs still sore?"

Faye, "..."

When Galen called, Faye and Colin were looking at each other affectionately.

Hearing the ringtone, Faye felt relieved. She sat up and picked up the phone from the bedside table. "Galen," she answered. Galen said, "Ms. Nash, the agents of the six stars contacted me and said they would come back today."

Faye leaned against the headboard and said in a low voice, "Okay, I see."

Galen asked, "What should we do after they come back?"

Faye replied, "As we have promised, do nothing. It has nothing to do with Farrell Media. It's the stars' personal behavior." "What if some reporters call us again?" Galen asked.

Faye said, "These stars have gone back. Ask the media reporters to contact the people involved directly."

Galen understood, "I see."

After hanging up the phone, Faye sighed a long sigh of relief.

Fortunately, everything was under her control.

What she needed to do next was to prove that what these stars had done had nothing to do with Farrell Media.

But words alone were no proof. What the public needed was convincing evidence.

When Faye was thinking about how to deal with it, Colin said, "I hired a professional rescue team in the name of our company. They will arrive at three disaster areas of Roxford this noon." Faye looked at him in surprise. "When did you arrange it?"

Colin chuckled, "Last night. You wanted to clarify it for the company, so the company had to do something. Besides, I had planned to do so."

Faye said, "When the company's rescue team arrives, we'll go back with Bonnie."

Colin stretched his legs, put his hands behind his head, and smiled, "Okay."

Faye said, "Bonnie should take the blame this time."

Colin said, "She even set you up. Even if nothing happens, she can't stay."

At ten o'clock in the morning, Colin received a phone call saying that the company's rescue team had arrived at Roxford.

Colin said a few words on the phone and then hung up.

After confirming that the rescue team had arrived, Faye and Colin drove to the hotel where Bonnie was staying.

In just one night, Bonnie's condition changed a lot. Even if she deliberately applied a thick layer of foundation, it could not cover the dark circles and fatigue on her face.

After leaving Roxford, they drove to where they had rented the car before.

The owner stood up to greet them.

Seeing that the car was not damaged, he looked a little embarrassed. "Buddy, how about I return some money to you? You have sent the car back safe and sound. I'll feel uneasy if I still take your three hundred thousand."

Colin smiled, "Just make friends. If you feel uneasy, you can do me a favor and send the three of us to the airport."

"No problem!" The boss agreed without hesitation.

On the flight back, Faye rested her head on Colin's shoulder while Bonnie sat behind the two, biting her lips tightly. Colin tilted his head and said to Faye, "It's threatening but not dangerous this time."

Faye said, "Send Robert to Roxford later. Ask him to visit the injured rescue team member in your name.' Colin replied, "Okay."

Faye opened her eyes and looked up at Colin. "Don't be so reckless next time."

Colin smiled playfully. "If it weren't for my rashness, how could you be moved by me?"

Two and a half hours later, the plane arrived at Cocanel.

"

As soon as Faye got off the plane and turned on her phone, she saw a WeChat message from Rebecca. "Sure enough, there is no useless move in life. Every step counts."

Faye opened the chatting interface with Rebecca and replied, "?"

Rebecca replied in an instant, "Mr. Carter is taking me for a ride on the riverside."

Faye asked, "Did you tell the truth to Abbot?"

Rebecca replied with a crying emoji.

Then she said, "It's him who has told me the truth."

Faye, "..."

Rebecca said, "Faye, do you think the ice on the river is thick enough now?"
