Reagan's POV

It's been a week since I get back home from the hospital, the stitches are gone and that awful sling too. But pain is still there; so no heavy physical work, but who listen to doctors?

Anyways, Faithlynn has been so much caring and sweet since that incident, I'm liking all the attention also because Amelia is not here anymore she's back to her previous job. Faithlynn had an appointment at The citizenship and immigration bureau. So I'm here chilling alone, also I get 1 more week off of work considering the stabbing, and I'm bored.

"Hey!" Faithlynn said kissing my forehead.

"So, what did they say?"

"They are gonna issue me a Green card." She squeals hugging me.

"That's a good news, now you can go to work." I said genuinely happy for her.

"Yes! Now everything is going to be back on track, I'm so happy Reagan, Thank you so much." She said hugging me again.

"Now you don't have to worry about anything, you got the Green card it's partially equivalent to the citizenship, right?"I asked she nodded, still hugging me.

We went back to the couch cuddling under the blanket watching the movie I was watching before.

"You never told me what happened that night." She asked between the movie.

"What night?" I asked confused as to what she's talking about.

"How you were stabbed?" Oh that night, that was painful.

"So when I told you to run and you ran without looking back like a headless chicken, that creepy guy was about to follow you when I tackled him to the ground, then the other guy tackled me and I became a sandwich between them, they smelled like a rotten egg." I laughed while she scrunched up her nose.

"So when I was being sandwiched I squirm and got out, when I was about to turn around and run, the third guy was guiding the way and he had the knife, I ran to the other side but he grabbed my shoulder and swipe his knife through the side of my stomach and that's when my legs gave away and I fell to the ground, they were scared and when you came to save me they ran away". I told her the whole story.

"I'm so sorry you had to go through that painful experience because of me." She apologized.

"Hey, it was a pleasure to protect you, after all I'm the Alpha." I said proudly. She giggled. I love it when she giggled like a cute little girl.

"And what was that you wanted to tell me in the car before you passed out." I rubbed the back of my neck while she looked at me amused.

"You are not gonna let it slide, would you?" She shook her head, here goes nothing.

I cleared my throat and got on my knees between her legs while she sat on the couch looking at me perplexed.

I took her hands in mine and looked at this flawless creature sitting in front of me.

"Faith, you and I have been bestfriends since forever, and I would do anything to protect you, this little cut was nothing, I could take a sword through my heart for you if I had to. Your immaculate personality and kind heart made you an impeccable human being that everyone envy. And I wanted to tell you that...that I love you. I love you so much.... that it hurts sometimes when you're not there infront of me. I want to see your adorable smile and hear your squeals, hug you and kiss your perfect lips for the rest of my life, I want to wake up next to you and I feel like I'm the most lucky person on this planet to have you as my wife. I love you so much, please never leave me because I can't live without you by my side." She's crying now and I'm just sitting on my knees looking at this gorgeous person.

"Say something." I pleaded, now I'm worried did I say something wrong? Was it too much?

"I.. I love you too. I love you so much." Pheww finally. I wiped her tears off and captured those perfect full lips with mine.

"I never knew you thought that highly of me." She said after we pulled away.

"Sorry for ever doubting you Faith, I truly am sorry." I said apologetically.

"I always thought that you are not from this planet." I said she looked at me confused while I laughed.

"You mean I'm an Alien?" She pouts adorably.

"I mean you are out of this world, seriously I'm one lucky person." I said kissing her cheek and getting back up on the couch; my knees hurts.

"I made dinner." I said rubbing her back.

I lead her to the dinning table, I had set for our dinner.

"I was wondering if you would like to go somewhere for a few days?" I aksed nervously clearing my throat. She looked up halting her motions.

"Meaning?" She asked and continued eating.

"Meaning: I would like to take you on a vacation, we didn't go anywhere after our wedding." I told her giving all my attention to my food.

"Do you have a place in mind." She asked, I could see she was trying hard not to grin like a mad man.

"I was thinking maybe Miami, but if you want to go somewhere else we can consider that". She jumped up squealing and sat on my lap almost knocking me off of the chair and hugged me not before pecking my lips.

"I would love to go to Miami with you." I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her cheek.

"You look adorable when you are excited." She blushed giggling. And went back to her chair.

"So when are we going?"

"We should start packing now, we can leave tomorrow because this is the only week we have before I start work again". She nodded.

Ofcourse this trip will going to put a hole in my bank account, but I don't care because I have worked hard for this particular reason , now is the time when I get to enjoy all those sleepless and tired nights I spent in the office, with my beautiful wife.

"Hey?" She waved her hand in front of me, I looked at her smiling.

"What's wrong, you spaced out?" She asked sitting beside me on the couch. I shook my head.

"Are you sure, you looked deep in thought." She asked reaching for my hand.

"Come here." I said pulling her to my side, she rested her hed on my shoulder while holding my waist.

"Are you sure about this trip, I mean we just had our wedding and all." She asked playing with the hem of my shirt.

"I know, but I'll manage. Don't worry about it." I said kissing her head. She sigh.

"I'm so excited, this is the first vacation with just the two of us, and don't worry, when we get back I'll be joining hospital again, now that all the matter has been solved." She said looking at me lovingly. I can see the excitement sparkling in her eyes.

Faithlynn's POV

I was getting ready for bed, when I enter the bedroom I saw Reagan connecting her phone to the speaker and put on a slow music, lights were dim. When she heard me, she turn around smiling and offer me her hand " Dance with me." She whispered putting her hand on my waist while guiding mine on her shoulder.

She took one of my hand in hers and swayed our body to the music, she twirl me and then pulled my body into hers and again put both of her hands on my waist while mine went back to the back of her neck playing with her hair.

"I love you." She said with a smile.

"I love you." I said smiling back at her.

We were so close that I can feel her breathing on my nose. She kissed my forehead and looked deeply and lovingly into my eyes, like I'm the most precious thing she have, we swayed to the music still looking into each others eyes. Then my eyes travlled down to her inviting lips, I stand on my tippy toes and kissed her, she pulled me even more into her and kissed me back with the same passion.

Her hands travelled down to my ass and she picked me up while our lips were still attached she laid me down on the bed gently and started kissing my neck earning a moan from me. I pulled her back up and attached our lips again while she position herself between my legs, grinding slowly.

She pulled away and start kissing my neck again going back and forth to my ear lobe and jaw. She then tugged at then hem of my shirt and looked at me, I nodded and she took it off in one swift motion. She kissed and sucked on my collarbone making me arch my back, she took this chance to unhooked my bra and discarded it with my shirt, she looked at me with those loving and kind eyes that made me blush, " you are gorgeous." She gulped and start kissing southward.

And that night we made love for the first time.
