Trigger Warning

Onyx POV

The pack tied up the prisoners and took them into the pack house one by one as Adam hurls curses at Esmeralda and the others.

Neither he nor any of the others can see me from the edge of the woods.

Amos stands next to me, rifle hanging off one shoulder and tossing a knife in the air with the other.

Adam looks the same as he did two years ago. But it seems his tolerance for pain is nonexistent.

Two silver bullets would wound a normal wolf but to be withering in pain the way that he is, is really disappointing and pathetic.

He who holds himself so high and mighty is withering and cursing in pain like a child that got a scrape on their knee.

My phone ringing makes some of the others look around to see where the noise is coming from, but I answer it before they could pinpoint us.

“Hello?”

“Hey my little flower, you, okay?”

“Yes, are you?”

“Yeah, had a slight issue but it handled now but be careful seems like the Moon Goddess can cast illusions even on a full moon. So be careful my love.”

My eyes go back to Adam squirming around, “I will make sure that you do too, otherwise I will have to hurt and then nurse you back to health.”

His precious laugh came through, “Would hate for that fate to happen, I will meet you at the Night pack in three days without a mark on me. Cross my heart.”

Quickly I draw a X over my heart, “So will I. Talk to you soon my love.”

Phone in back pocket, I walk slowly over to Adam. Hearing the gasps of shock from the women and some of the men in the pack that wasn’t escorted in the housed yet.

Adam tries to get up as he sees me, smirking. Amos walks past me and kicks the smirk off his face sending him back to the ground.

Standing over Adam I can see the slight mirage that Demon was speaking of. It made him look as if he was stronger than me.

As if he can still hurt me and destroy me like he has in the past.

I will never let him do that to me again.

I have three people that mean the world to me, and I will torture myself forever before I ever let them down, succumbing to the tiny bit of fear in my heart.

Glaring, Adam chuckles, “My lovely little rose you came back to me. Tell theses bad people that I will help them with whatever they wish”

Raising an eyebrow, I scuff, “Sonja and Esmeralda beat him, no one gave him permission to speak.”

They do as I asked with Amos not so far from them. His bones break and the smell of blood demolishes the natural outdoor smell.

The glaring Luna doesn’t let out a single scream unlike her useless mate, pity. The only sign of discomfort she gives me is a wince holding onto her pregnant stomach.

Is the moon goddess playing with me?

The beta looks at me with disgust and anger but not sorrow like one would be.

Did she switch the image of those two?

“Stop”

Esmeralda and Sonja take a step back and Amos put his foot back on Adam’s chest.

“Nathan beat the beta to a pulp for me. Oh, and tie him up with the silver rope as well.”

“As you wish Chieftain”

“Amos sit him up. He can watch this as well.”

The beta tried to fight back but that just made the beating worse for him as Nathan loves a good beating.

“Esmeralda put a silver bracelet on each of the slaves. They can leave the grounds with the psychos, but they must have the bracelets on. No telling if that filthy Alpha is pretending to be a slave or not.”

The Luna continues to glare at me but there was only disgust in her gaze.

“Is this one not the Alpha, Chieftain?”

“Hmm, he could be but in honestly. I don’t trust anyone so let’s cover all of our tracks.”

“Of course, Chieftain.”

“If you have enough magic put some on the slaves that are leaving from Demon’s pack as well.”

“As you wish Chieftain.” She vanishes in a puff of smoke.

Nathan tires the knot on the rope and silence fills the area.

Fear polluted the air, bringing a smile to my face but there was a slight itch beginning to burn.

I grab the machete from Amos and motioned for him to be lifted in front of me.

Adam cough, “What are you going to do with that, Rose? Poke me?”

He laughs.

“It’s seeming, you haven’t accepted the position that you are in right now. Nor that I hold your life in my hands. That’s a pity.”

The itch turns into a raging flame throughout my body.

My heartbeat races with the anticipation.

The lust of seeing his blood soaking the ground.

The want of screams and his dying breath.

I can’t wait any more.

His laugh is cut short, and the machete lounges itself into his stomach.

My hand draws it back and then back into his body.

A giggle leaves my body as I continue this little repetition.

Mika must have helped guided my hand as I didn’t hit anything that would kill him instantly.

Excitement fills me as he grows pale coughing up his own blood.

Euphoria drowns me as bring the machete to my tongue, tasting the iron, the fear, on it.

Manic laughter leaves me as Adam falls to his knees and then his face at my feet.

The screams of his precious pack members sorrows are so hilarious.

Adam fighting for his life while his wolf tries to heal all of his wounds.

The Luna broken on her knees, as if she has finally given up.

But she can’t give up just yet, the fun has only just begun.

Sisk, the strongest of the psychos comes towards me, oh so perfect timing.

A purr sounds from me as her comes closer, “Sisk, you’re right on time for your meal.”

Pointing at Adam, “You can do with him as you please. I know how you like to pleasure yourself before a meal. So, you may have him.”

A sick twisted smile mirroring mine appears and he nods before taking Adam with him into the woods, his screams heighten my euphoria.

Oh yes the fun has just begun.
