Chapter 1242 Don't Worry Too Much

Alec drove slowly, and the car soon arrived at his house. He and Jenny had been living together for some time now, and their life was not much different from that of a married couple. Stephanie finally decided to let go of everything and move forward. If something were to happen to Leonard at this time, Jenny didn't know how her friend would take it.

"It's okay. Leonard isn't your average guy. He should be fine," Alec said as he got up to make a phone call.

Jenny calmed herself down and decided to tell Stephanie what she'd just learned. Although she knew it would make her more worried, Jenny knew more than anything she couldn't lie to her best friend and betray her trust under any circumstance.

Stephanie was surprisingly calm after hearing what Jenny had to say. She asked, "Did you say a group of people suddenly took him away? Did they target him on purpose?"

"For now, that seems to be the case," Jenny replied affirmatively. After that, she added, "But don't worry too much. Alec and I have already sent people to look for him, and with the help of the police, we'll definitely find him."
