I used the Lightning Blood Demon skill but still couldn't make him surrender. Besides, he had command over a tenth-level diabolic beast which was quite ferocious and terrifying.

Is he perhaps the one you are looking for?"

Horace reflectively related the battle, while being puzzled about whether this might even be relevant.
