Chapter Three

LUZ’S POV

It’s been three weeks since I moved in to the pack house with Daisy, Drake, Mark, the Alpha and the Luna. Daisy and I have become really close lately since she is my cousin’s mate. She has become like a sister I never had and Drake like another brother just like Alex which I wish my real brother was, my wounds have completely healed and I am now doing what any other fifteen year old should be doing which is to have fun and enjoy being a teen.

The Alpha and Luna are planning a birthday party for my sixteenth birthday so I can find my mate, they are inviting all the unmated males from all the packs around us including the soon to be alpha’s and alpha’s who are still looking for their mate. I hope I do meet him so he can take me as far away from my father and brother, although at the same time I wish he is from this pack that way I can still be able to hang out with all the friends I have made during my stay here in the pack house.

In just a few more days I will be having my party, Daisy and Jaqueline are taking me out dress shopping for my birthday as well as getting a new look like they said. First we went to get our hair done and our nails for the party, we then went to Dave’s Perfect Dresses to find the perfect dress for me. They made me try several dresses until we settled for a beautiful black dress that hugged my body in the right place, when I looked in the body length mirror I saw that the dress was tight in the right places I could tell I had some killer curves and that brought a big smile to my face.

After Daisy and Jaqueline got their dress we went back home and I placed my dress in the walk in closet so it wouldn’t get wrinkled, I then took a shower and got ready for dinner. Once I was done getting ready I walked out and went to the dining room table where I saw Suzy the pack slut sitting in my chair, I didn’t want to start anything and was about to sit somewhere else when Daisy and Drake walked in and Drake gave me a hug.

We all heard a growl and turned to see Suzy looking at us, she always had a thing for my cousin and even though he was Daisy’s mate she was always hitting on him which Daisy didn’t like and she had already warned her to leave him alone before she made her.

“What are you doing here and in Luz’s seat” Daisy asked

“Your brother invited me to dinner” Suzy said

“Well your not welcome here now please get up and leave” Daisy said

“Not unless your brother tells me to” Suzy said

“She told you to leave Suzy now listen and go” Jaqueline said

“Mark invited me to dinner Luna” Suzy said

“And my daughter asked you to leave now please go and do as your told” Jaqueline said

“Yes Luna” Suzy said

Suzy got up and walked out of the packed house heading to her house. We all could tell she was really pissed but nobody cared. Mark walked in as we were all sitting in our seats, his seat was next to mine and I sometimes felt like he was watching me while we ate but I never paid much attention to him.

He was the future Alpha why would he look my way right, maybe he pitted me after he saw how my back was when Demitri was cleaning it and putting some lotion on it that made it hurt so much which made me scream out in pain until he was asked by the Daisy to give me something to help me with the pain so I wouldn’t move and hurt myself any further while he cleaned and covered my wounds.

While we ate, we talked about my birthday party and how Alpha Blake was going to make my father and brother do patrol that day so they wouldn’t ruin it for me, we also talked about if I didn’t feel like being at the party for long that I could leave at any moment. Drake and Daisy were going to be by my side at all times until I decided to go to my room.

Alpha Blake and Luna Jaqueline were going to escort me from my room to the party as my parents, which I really appreciated a lot since that was how I saw them since they took me out of the hell that I was in while I was with my father and brother. After dinner I went to my room and laid down on my bed as I turned on my tv and started to watch a movie before I heard a knock on the door as it opened I was seeing Mark walk in with two ice cream bowls with whip cream as well as several topping, I looked at him in a suspicious way to what he said that he just wanted to hang for awhile and get to know me. Which we did, we ended up finding out that we had a lot of things in common, who knew right.
