“I need her awake,”

“Alpha, she’s still healing,” she heard someone puff, “her body is still healing”.

“Wake her up now,”

“I’m sorry Lugar, but she can’t wake up before needed”, and then she heard a pair of footsteps echo leaving the room.

She could still feel the warmth and presence of someone in the room. She feels the bed she lays on dip, and she had already guessed she was in the hospital and that Lugar and the pack doctor were discussing her waking.

She didn’t know why she couldn’t wake, she was awake at this moment but she guessed her body was still trying to catch up.

She felt Lugar’s hands in her own, she felt his lips touch the surface of her brown skin.

“But she is needed,” she hears him whisper.

She felt all her energy go to her hand, she felt her fingertips rub his hand and she heard him sigh. But that task seemed too heavy for her body and she could already feel herself sinking back into the darkness but now before hearing Lugar’s last words.

“Don’t you worry, I’ll deal with Elena myself”, and with that, she was left alone.
