"Jessica has agreed to her visit to Elysium?"

"She did. Only to see if Tanya's really ill" Leopald said.

Aurelia suspected it was a ruse. If Tanya were at death's door, she wouldn't travel all this way.

"If she’s not going to make it through the year, how could she have the energy to come to Elysium? She must be panicking, seeing Skyler close to slipping from her grasp, and she's coming to set him straight.”

"Let's wait and see,” Leopold said solemnly.

"Geoffrey might be tailing her with a mask on. We need to keep a close eye on everyone around her,” Aurelia advised.

Aurelia took William to Skyler's place the next day.

Skyler was watering his beloved flowers.

William held his hand. "Skyler, don't be scared. Uncle Leopold's got your back. In Elysium, what Uncle Leopold says goes. No one can make you if you don't want to go back.”
