Avery didn't answer, his face clouded over like an impending storm

"I need to review the script. Go play somewhere else," he muttered, as he settled into a nearby armchair and picked up the script, ignoring Leah's presence.

Leah's heart ached, her eyes brimming with unshed tears. She turned on her heel and hurried away. William, ever the observant one, immediately sensed the tension, "Uncle Avery, if a man and a woman fight, the man should apologize first."

"Why should I?" Avery was taken aback by his words.

William replied with all the seriousness he could muster, “Dad says that a real man doesn't squabble with girls.”

Avery was speechless. How could he possibly be petty over such a trivial matter with Leah? He was just ina foul mood.

Aurelia approached, taking William's hand. “Come on. Let's head to the movie studio. We'll come back for dinner and invite Uncle Avery and Leah to join."

It was best to give them some time to cool off. Relationships could only be mended by those involved

"Remember to get Leah some chocolate, Uncle Avery. It's her favorite, and she won't stay mad after eating it"

William advised as he walked off with Aurelia.

"Leah also loves red velvet cake and cheese and bacon rolls..." chimed in Skyler.

Leah was easy to please. A little treat and she would light up with joy.

A headache began to cloud Avery's senses, causing him to massage his forehead in slight agony. Arnold rented a sightseeing trolley, considering the sprawling size of the movie studio, allowing them to tour around while leisurely enjoying the ride.

Skyler scratched his head, "I bet Leah's mad because Avery doesn't like her back”

William corrected him, "Uncle Avery likes Leah, but he just can't date.”

Arnold chuckled to himself. It was clear as day that Leah had a thing for Avery.

If Avery wanted to pursue love, he wouldn't stand in his way. The PR team would handle it smoothly. “Avery can date if he wants to. Love is complicated, and sometimes it takes a while to understand his own heart,” Arnold mused.

Skyler scowled, “Adults are so complicated. It's so much better being a kid. If we like something, we admit, and if we don't we express that too.”

Aurelia sighed, "The world of adults is indeed complicated, especially with relationships. A lot of people can't handle their feelings. Why else would there be any breakups and cheating?” Relationships were a double-edged sword that could make people happy or miserable.

Skyler huddled up, "Grown-ups are so complicated. I'm never gonna date or get married. I wanna stay a kid forever."

William rubbed his head, pondering his future. He would still have a girlfriend when he grew up. William looked forward to it, to fall in love and complete his life.

After enjoying some time at the set, they disembarked and entered a quaint dessert shop.

Aurelia had just settled in when she spotted a tall man with a commanding presence stroll in. He looked particularly familiar, and she almost thought it was Leopold. After all, it was rare to come across someone as well-sculpted as Leopold.

But in reality, the man was indeed Leopold, only he was in disguise.

Leopold took a seat not too far from them and ordered the same dessert Aurelia had, a chilling mango pudding.

There were a hundred ways to evade Megan but damn it, he had no choice but to be away from Aurelia.

Aurelia enjoyed her dessert and whispered, "I bet Megan's still at the hotel. Let's switch to a different one later.

Out of sight, out of mind"

"Agreed, Arnold nodded.

William pulled a face, "Wonder what Uncle Leopold's up to. Did he manage to ditch that wicked witch?"

Skyler interjected, "But isn't Megan technically his wife? Even if he escapes now, she'll still be there when he gets home, right?"
