3: Meeting Him

Chapter 3

Lilith Point of View

My alarm blared in my silent room and I groaned in my sleep. I would have screamed my lungs out for waking me up this early, had it not been my first day of college.

After motionlessly laying on my bed for five minutes I got up and decided to get ready or else I would definitely be late for my first day of college. “Wake up, Kiddo.” I heard James's yelling from his room.

“I'm up, James,” I shouted back and made my way into the bathroom.

Since I had a lot of time to spare, I took a long relaxing shower and washed myself nicely. I then wrapped the light blue towel around myself and moved to the small vanity to brush my teeth. Once done, I made my way to the heap of paper bags that contains my new clothes and grabbed the one laying on top. It had a mustard color summer dress which reached just above my knees.

I wore the dress and loved it; it didn't show any cleavage and was of the perfect length. I then blow- dried my light caramel hair and decided to tie them in a half-bun. I was tying the long straps of the brown flats when I heard James calling me, “Lilith, you need to hurry. You are going to get late otherwise.”

I walked out of my room with the light grey college bag on my right shoulder and instead of replying to James, knocked on his room's door. “I'm leaving, James.” I informed him and walked out of the cottage to the nearby bus stand.

The bus arrived a few seconds later and took us farther out of the city. Unlike other colleges, Wulfric College is located far from the city and is surrounded by woods. According to the interview published three years ago, the Director of Wulfric College said, it's easy to carry out education away from the hustle of the city. Apart from that, Wulfric itself is like a mini-city with every facility available, which is true.

The college is not far from James’ place, it's a thirty-minute ride and the best part is, the bus drops you right in front of the college. Since there was still a lot of time before we reach, I took out my earphones and plugged them before playing some of my favorite songs.

If there is something that just speaks to me, it's music. I have always had this connection with music, that's just not explainable but it's special and very close to my heart. As the lyrics flowed in my ears, my eyes took in the greenery that covered the sides of the road. There were tall trees all around and it almost felt like a hunting tour instead of my way to college.

My eyes read the red signs that read “Danger’ and I knew; the woods might be fascinating but I would like to maintain my distance from them. Soon, the beautiful view morphed into a magnificent campus and that was none other than Wulfric College.

The College emblem was the head of a wolf looking up and was encircled in a black circle. The logo was fantastically done as you could notice the tiniest details in the wolf. I got down from the bus and made my way towards the entrance gate, where I was asked for my admission letter before the guard gave me a map and told me the location of the administration office on the map.

I followed the map and noticed the interior of the college which was fantastically done with portraits and achievement certificates displayed in the lobbies. There was also a lot of wolf art on display and some of them looked very real. My exploring soon came to a halt when I reached the administration office. I slowly opened the heavy brown wooden gate and noticed two students talking to the gorgeous lady.

My eyes shifted to the students when they turned to leave and I noticed that they were just as gorgeous as the lady sitting as the administration officer. Unlike me, the girl was dressed in booty shorts and I instantly remembered the guidelines. However, I had no interest in mingling with people, so I decided to ignore her and stepped aside before making my way to the desk.

I read the name of the officer on the nameplate placed on the beige desk and spoke, “Hello, Mrs Anna, I'm Lilith Jezebeth. It's my first day today.”

The woman nodded with a soft smile on her face and typed my name before printing my schedule. “You can now meet the president, Lilith. You would find him in the gym as of now.” She softly commanded me and I nodded before making my way to the gym.

The gym was on the other side of the building which allowed me to get a look around at everyone and I noticed every student I encountered was well built and had some serious looks to die for.

It made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I thought I'm no match to them. I shook my head when I spotted the Gym and walked towards it. I noticed that the gym area was vacant, there was no one lingering around here unlike the rest of the college.

I took a deep breath and pushed the door before entering the big hall that had various equipment placed around it. My eyes however halted on the pull-up bars.

A guy in just Black sport shorts and black sneakers was doing pull-ups while facing the opposite side. His tanned back and shoulder muscles would flex every time he would pull himself up while sweat beads trailed down his back

Suddenly my throat ran dry as I watched him or more specifically his back. I had seen men working out once or twice but this man’s workout seemed more like an erotic play. I was openly staring at his back when he suddenly turned and I was greeted by his heavenly abs. They appeared rock hard while every cut in his skin was precise.

I gulped when my eyes took in his stretched form on the bar while his shorts were giving me a clear view of his defined V-line. As I kept staring, I saw a sweat bead trailing its way down on his abs, “Who are you?”

My sinful thoughts were interrupted by his smooth yet authoritative voice. “I... I was asked to meet the president since I joined today. I was looking for him.” I muttered loud enough for him to hear while keeping my head low, ashamed of my staring.

“I'm the council president, Carson Woods.” My head snapped up when I heard his words and my eyes locked with his ocean blue ones.

This sinful man is the council president.
