Chapter 605

Anne remained quiet.

Sarah was right, and Anne knew well how her life was-aggrieved, exhausted, and tortured.

Did she really want her children to be like her in the future?

Thankfully, Cheyenne treated her very well, just like her own daughter.

Yet, what about Bianca? Even though she was the children's aunt by blood, she acted just like an enemy.

When Anne went to bed at night, she tossed and turned, finding it hard to fall asleep.

She asked herself, did she really want her children to call Bianca their Mama?

A voice in her head told her, "No! Don't! Absolutely not! That's my child!"

As Anne did not sleep well the night before, she appeared to be in a low mood the next day at work, and her colleagues showed concern.

"Anne, what's wrong? What did you do last night?"

"You looked like you've done something tiring."

"Duh. She's obviously tired!"

"How's that possible? What made her so exhausted? That's impossible!"

"You're not married, so you know nothing! I have nieces and nephews, so I can understand. It's hard to look after children as they're just so full of energy!"

"But Mr. Marwood is so wealthy, so don't they have nannies?”

After the last female colleague shouted, the department fell silent.

Anne sat still, dumbfounded.

The news of her children actually reached the Marwood Group!

Then again, Damian knew about it. Hence, this was not surprising.

The sudden plot change from being Tommy's girlfriend to giving birth to Anthony's children out of wedlock seemed even more ridiculous than the TV series.

Anne presumed that her colleagues had been holding back for a few days, and they could not resist talking about it anymore...

"By the way, who's buying our coffee for lunch?" One of Anne's colleagues changed the subject in a hurry.

"I'll go!" All the remaining colleagues raised their hands.

Then, the colleague asked Anne, "Anne, what do you want to drink? Let me buy you a cup of sweetened one!"

Anne smiled awkwardly. "Sure, thanks.”

"You're welcome!" Then, the female colleague carefully added, "Anne, don't take it to heart. No matter what, we'll support you. After all, we don't have the chance to give birth to Mr. Marwood's children! Seriously, it's the first time I've seen a real-life Cinderella story like yours!"

"Stop it..." The colleague next to her pushed her.

Anne laughed wryly. Could she not see that she did not want to talk about this?

Xander walked in, and the curious colleagues returned to their seats. Finally, the suffocating pressure of being surrounded disappeared, and Anne breathed a sigh of relief.

"Don't you know what time it is now? If your workload is too light, I'll arrange more for you." Xander's eyes swept across the room, and none of them were spared.

At noon, Anthony and Bianca ate in a fine-dining restaurant.

Bianca glanced at the domineering man opposite her and said, "The kids loved the things I bought. Of course, you can also tell me what they prefer, and I'l cater to that."

“You don't have to trouble yourself,” Anthony replied.

“Why would it be troublesome? I'm also planning to bring the kids out when you're free.”

"I'll arrange a time for it.”

"Okay." Bianca smiled brightly. After taking a sip of red wine and putting down the glass, she had other thoughts. Anthony, I'm thinking...since you have three children now, and I'm also your fiancee, why don't we get married earlier? It's better for the children too."

Anthony stopped eating and looked at Bianca.
