Chapter 1334

Why could he not just let her go?

"Okay, let's not talk about it for too long. People might start to suspect that Mr. Marwood is still in the hospital.”

“Okay.” Anne quickly ended the call and sat down helplessly on the chair, lost in thought.

Anne was relieved to hear that the child was fine, but Dr. Brown's words made her anxious again. The thought of Anthony holding onto her like a curse, even if it meant his own death, made it hard for her to breathe.

Why did it have to be her? Could Anthony not turn to Bianca instead?

As soon as Dr. Brown entered the office, someone knocked on the door.

The person who came in was Bianca

“This isn't the first time you've come here, Miss Bianca. No matter how many times you come, you will never be allowed to see the child. It's useless for you to keep looking for me,” Dr. Brown said before Bianca could speak.

Bianca placed the items she had purchased on the desk. “Dr. Brown misunderstood me. I just wanted to buy some things for the children. I hope they recover soon.”

Dr. Brown looked at the nutritional products and various toys for boys and girls that Bianca had bought and placed on the table.

“I can take them inside for you,” Dr. Brown offered.

“Thank you,” Bianca said before leaving without further discussion.

When Dr. Brown went to the intensive care unit, she saw Anthony just coming out.” Mr. Marwood, Ms. Faye bought some gifts for the child. Do you want to take them in?

“Throw them away,” Anthony said before leaving.

"Okay."

Bianca said she was leaving, but she waited next to Anthony's Rolls Loyce in the parking lot. She walked up to him with a heavy heart. “Anthony, how are the children? I'm worried, but I understand that not everyone can enter the intensive care unit to avoid bringing in any germs. Can you tell me how they're doing so I can feel

reassured?”

Anthony looked at him coldly and said, “Not good.”

"Ah..." Bianca looked shocked, then tried to comfort him. “Don’t worry. The children will recover. I'll go to the church to pray for them tomorrow.”

Without saying a word, Anthony walked straight to his car, his dark eyes cold.

Bianca chased after him. “Anthony, should I come with you to the Royal Mansion as well? Anne is really blessed and doesn't know how to be grateful. She disregarded the fact that she was the child's mother and just walked away. That was really wrong of her. I'm different. I'll always be by your side.”

Anthony turned his face slightly and looked at her with cold, emotionless eyes.

Bianca took a step back, stunned by his gaze. “I...”

“I still have something to do,” Anthony said coldly before getting into the car.

The doors closed, and the Rolls Loyce drove away from the parking lot.

Bianca stood there, sensing another meaning in Anthony's words.

He had something to do, but he had not explicitly refused her offer to come to the Royal Mansion. Had he left that possibility open?

Inspired by a sudden hope, Bianca drove to Palace Garden.

To her surprise, no one stopped her.

Bianca got out of the car and saw that Anthony was already there. She was extremely happy.

Why had Anthony changed his mind? Was it because Anne had left or because the critically ill children needed the gentle presence of a woman?

No matter the reason, as long as it helped her achieve her goal, it was a good thing!

She had tried to kill Anne, but Anne had run away on her own. It was her destiny!

“Ms. Faye.” Mia walked over.

Bianca, pretending to be kind, said to her, “Thank you for your hard work. I will be the mistress of the Royal Mansion here from now on. I will protect you.”

Mia did not want her to be the mistress here at all

Mia looked a little reluctant when she heard that.
