Penny felt as though her entire world was spinning.

"Doctor, are you sure?"

The doctor nodded solemnly. "That is what the examination has revealed. The cancer has already metastasized. He has been experiencing pain for the past two years, but he didn't pay much attention." "Now, he can only rely on painkillers, and we should arrange for him to be admitted to the hospital soon.
