Chace's face went pale. He turned around and found that Orlando was a few feet away from him, poker-faced.

Penny took out her cell phone and dialed 911 in plain sight.

"Hello, I'm in the Art Building of Chatville University. There has been a theft here, and the amount involved is 50 thousand dollars. The university refuses to provide surveillance, and I would like to ask the police to come and assist in the investigation. Thank you."
