Sasha let out a derisive snort. This not-so-innocent woman was wasting her acting talents here by not being on stage. What a damn shame.

She scoffed dismissively, "There's plenty of booze, all lined up right here. Drink all you want. Nobody's stopping you."

Heidi's eyes shifted helplessly around the room, her voice pitiful, "If you all could just forgive me, I'd be willing to die for it." She picked up her glass and knocked back another drink. Just as she was about to continue her charade, Grandpa Wilson suddenly barked, "Enough, Sasha. She has apologized. Just for my sake, drink up, and let's put this to bed."

Sasha knew she'd look petty if she carried on. Without a second thought, she reached for her glass. But then, she caught a glint of calculation in Heidi's eyes.

Sasha realized she was nearly duped by Heidi's ploy. If she drank that glass, her secret pregnancy would be out in the open. Heidi must be using this ruse to test whether Clara was pregnant or not. Sasha put the glass back down and said nonchalantly, "Sorry, Ms. Heidi, but I'm on my period, so I can't really drink. I accept your apology, though."

Upon hearing this, Heidi feigned shock, "Ms. Sasha, aren't you pregnant? How can you have periods?"

Then she clapped a hand over her mouth, feigning innocence. "Oh, I'm sorry, Ms. Sasha. I forgot you can't drink because you're with child. Let's forget the drink. It's not good for the baby."

Grandpa Wilson's face darkened instantly. He looked sharply at Sasha, "What pregnancy? What are you talking about?"

Sasha clenched her teeth in frustration. "Damn you, Heidi," she thought, "you tried to smear Clara, and now you're turning the tables on me."

She shook her head quickly. "Grandpa, don't listen to her nonsense. I don't even have a boyfriend. How could I be pregnant? She's just trying to get back at me."

Before she could say more, Heidi produced a pregnancy test report and handed it to Grandpa Wilson. With a smug look, Heidi said, "Ms. Sasha doesn't have a boyfriend? That's not what I saw. I saw you at the clinic today. You are six weeks pregnant. Whose child is it, or did you have a little accident? If that's the case, my apologies for bringing trouble upon you."

Her apologetic words were tainted with smugness. She not only revealed Sasha's unwed pregnancy to the four great families but also slapped her with a label of impropriety.

Sasha, livid, grabbed a glass of wine and flung it at Heidi. The cold liquid cascaded down Heidi's face, ruining her couture gown in an instant.

Heidi let out a shriek, tears welling up as she glared at Sasha, "Ms. Sasha, I'm so sorry for exposing your scandal, but you can't just throw wine at me. This dress was a gift from my uncle, worth hundreds of thousands."

Sasha, staring at Heidi's smug face, gritted her teeth and retorted, "So what if I doused you with wine? I want to hit you, too!"

No sooner had she spoken than she slapped Heidi across the face. The sound echoed, and Heidi's cheek flared with pain, stars dancing before her eyes.

Tears spilled out as she clutched her reddened cheek. "Why would you hit me? Being pregnant isn't a crime. Clara would kill to be in your shoes. If you don't want the baby, you could always give it to her." Fuming, Sasha raised her hand to strike again, but Grandpa Wilson grabbed her wrist firmly. His eyes bore into her. "Who is the father of the child?"
