I glared at the creature that was gently rubbing my mate’s still-flat stomach, talking to my pup. I would’ve pulled him off, but I was holding a sleeping Galaxy.

We were sitting in the living room. Aiden had just finished talking to his parents. They were supposed to come over so we could share the news. They were going to arrive at the same time my parents were supposed to.

“So exactly how long are you planning on staying here, Hamlet,” I asked.

“My name is Hami.” He said looking up from my mate’s stomach. “And I was instructed to stay until I feel the baby is safe.”

Before I could reply, there was a knock on the door. I quickly told Hami to hide in the bedroom while I answered the door. It was Ace and Kade.

“Who is this little angel?” Ace asked quietly while looking at the still-sleeping Galaxy in my arms. Aiden came up behind me and took her from me.

“We need to talk to you about some things. Come sit.” He spoke. Kade and Ace didn’t take their eyes off Galaxy as they sat down on the couch. Aiden and I took the chairs on either side.

“So, I’m not going to stretch this out. I’m just going to come right out and say it. I’m a werewolf and I kinda got Aiden pregnant.” I said causing Kade to stand up angrily.

But before Kade could do anything, Ace gasped loudly. “What?” The shout woke Galaxy up causing her to cry.

“Da!” She wailed as Aiden tried to calm her down. I quickly got up to take her from him.

During the commotion, there was a knock on the door. I shouted “Come in” as I took Galaxy from Aiden. She nuzzled her face into my chest as I patted her back softly.

My parents came in and stared wide-eyed at me.

“This is something else we wanted to tell you. This is Galaxy and we are adopting her.”

My dad clapped in joy, “Give me my grandbaby!” Before I could deny it, he was taking her from me. She gave him a confused look before sniffing him. She must’ve liked his scent because she quickly nuzzled into him and fell asleep.

“Well, you’re going to jump for joy with grandbaby number two,” Ace said looking at my dad before shifting his gaze to Aiden. My dad looked at him in confusion. “He’s pregnant,” Ace said gesturing to Aiden.

My mom smiled at me and patted me on the back, “Nice work kid. Gonna do the” she glanced at Ace and Kade. “family proud.”

“We know werewolves are real,” Ace said with a big smile.

After a while of talking, we had Galaxy get passed around so she could get used to her new grandparents’ scents. She seemed to like Ace’s and my dad’s the best.

I looked at Aiden as he nervously watched Galaxy play. We were about to tell her about the baby. We knew that she was only two and probably wouldn’t fully understand, but it was the thought that counted.

“Sweetheart, can we talk to you?” I began by getting her attention. She happily looked up from her toys. I gestured for her to come to me, she smiled as she stood and wobbled her way to me.

I picked her up and sat her in between Aiden and me. “We want to tell you something special.” Aiden said, “You are going to be a big sister.”

“Sis-ter?” She asked turning her head sideways.

Aiden took one of her small hands and put it on his stomach. “I have a baby in my belly.” Galaxy gasped and put both hands on his stomach and yelled.

“Baby!” Aiden and I laughed loudly as we looked at our little girl. She yelled into his stomach trying to get the baby to respond. “Baby out.” She pouted as she turned to me with her arms crossed.
