Chapter 425

Kenneth pursed his thin lips and went home with her.

Floweret Garden.

After they returned to the bedroom, Kenneth stood on the balcony. His black shirt fluttered in the cold night wind. He slightly bent, cupped his hands, and lit the cigarette between his sexy lips. After he puffed the cigarette and blew the smoke out, the white smoke raised and blurred his handsome face.

Arabella was looking at him. The lights in the bedroom were off, so they could not see each other's faces. Suddenly, she hoarsely asked, "Did you sleep with Stephany?"

Kenneth didn't look back. After a while, he lightly replied, "Why do you ask while knowing the answer?"

Arabella's long and slender eyelashes trembled when she said, "Why? I want to know why I lost. You are not such a person. Is it because she saved your life that you can't forget her?"

Kenneth turned sideways, put one hand in his trouser pocket, looked at her pale face through the smoke with his scarlet narrow eyes, and said, "Arabella, this is the end. It would help if you stopped pestering me and embarrassing yourself. Don't disgrace yourself. Don't bother me."

Arabella lowered her head and said, "I see. I will take a shower now."

She walked into the bathroom, locked the door, slowly slid down against the wall, and covered her face with both hands. When hot tears flowed down between her fingers, she felt heartbroken. She couldn't escape the sudden pain and sorrow and burst into tears.

After smoking several cigarettes, Kenneth frowned at the expensive watch on his wrist. Half an hour had passed, but she hadn't come out.

Stuffing a cigarette in the ashtray, he walked to the bathroom with long legs and opened the door. There was no sound; the silence made him feel flustered and depressed.

He looked around and saw Arabella curled up in the corner. She was sitting on the ground, and her black hair was messy. She was hugging herself with two slender arms and crying with her head down. She was crying quietly but bitterly. Her smooth shoulders trembled, and she was a little out of breath.

Kenneth felt heartbroken to see her secretly cry in the bathroom after being hurt. He frowned, walked over, and slowly stretched his hand to touch her head.

However, his hand froze in mid-air.

After a long time, he hoarsely said, "How long have you been crying? Stop crying. Otherwise, you will lose your breath."

Arabella stopped crying, slowly raised her head, and rested her chin on her slender arms. Instead of looking at him, she stared blankly into space and said, "As you wish, we will get a divorce." They would get a divorce.

Kenneth curled his fingers and felt excruciating pain.

Arabella fell silent but kept sitting on the ground and hugging herself. After a while, she continued, "As for the divorce agreement, I don't want a penny from you. You're right. I did not help you. You earned the money by yourself. And I will also give this thing back to you."
