Chapter 132 Breakfast

Athena didn't sleep well that night.

Byron's words before she fell asleep became the source of nightmares.

She woke up at dawn.

Byron was still holding her. She tried to break free from his arms.

But he held her tighter.

"What's wrong?" Byron woke up and asked hoarsely.

"Go to the bathroom!" Athena patted his arm. "Release your grip!"

"Hmm." Byron let her go.

Athena washed up. Seeing Byron was still asleep, she went to the living room, took the medicine box from her bag, and ate vitamins, folic acids, and other medicines.

She just took them, and Byron's voice came from behind.

"Why do you take medicine?"

Athena was startled and choked by the water in her throat. She coughed violently.

Byron hurried over and patted her on the back to help her feel better.

Athena's face flushed from coughing. She got angry and patted Byron on his chest. "You walked silently! You scared me!"

Being patted, Byron was not angry but very happy.

He thought her behavior and expression were so cute.

"You haven't answered me. What medicine you've taken?" Byron asked.

"In the last physical examination, the doctor said that I was anemic and needed to supplement trace elements," Athena replied.

Byron frowned. "You have anemia. Why don't you eat well?"

She stopped eating after eating a little last night.

"If no one angers me, I eat well most of the time!" Athena said.

Byron was a little embarrassed.

"It's only after six o'clock. Sleep with me for a while." Byron carried Athena in his arms. "Sleep well and nourish your body!" Athena rolled her eyes at him.

"You go to sleep. I'll make breakfast." Athena pushed him.

"I'll ask someone to bring it over," Byron said possessively.

"I've bought all the ingredients!" Athena bought the ingredients yesterday. "And I want to eat what I made myself!"

Byron didn't stop her again.

After a while, Athena cooked pancakes in the kitchen.

Byron followed behind Athena and hugged her. He put his chin on her shoulder from time to time.

"The soup last night was delicious. When will you make it again?" Byron asked.

Athena was surprised.

She didn't know when Byron changed his taste.

"I may not cook it again," Athena replied.

Byron frowned. "Why?"

His tone was quite disgruntled.

"My boss forced me to go to work. The work is so tiring. I don't want to cook after work," Athena said seriously.

The first rays of the morning sun shone on the glass. Everything in the early morning was quiet.

The aroma of food filled the kitchen.

It made Athena feel a lot better.

She could even joke in a good mood.

Byron paused for a moment.

He snorted, "Your boss is a bad guy. I will ask him to let you get off work early and cook soup for me!"

Athena rolled her eyes at him.

Byron felt that he was a fool.

He thought she was cute, even if she rolled her eyes at him.

She was so cute.

He wanted to kiss her, and he did it.

Athena was kissed for no reason.

She stared at Byron and stopped talking to him.

After the pancakes were ready, Athena heated two cups of milk and made Byron a glass of stomach-nourishing electuary.

Byron's smile radiated as he gazed at Athena diligently working under the soft lighting.

He suddenly thought he almost lost such an ordinary and happy life.

With this in mind, his heart skipped a beat.
