What Ethan said made Violet a little uncertain.

Violet hesitated, and Ethan's smile deepened. He leaned back in the seat, with downcast eyes. "No need. I'll just stay in the car overnight."

The next morning, at five o'clock, Faye and Colin were awakened by a loud knock.

"Where's the bride and groom?"

"What are the bride and groom doing? Are they still sleeping in?"

"Could it be that they had sex last night?"

"They've had sex umpteen times. Ha ha ha."

There was a wave of booing at the door. Colin opened his eyes and scolded jokingly, "You want to get beat up?"

Faye's head rested on Colin's chest and she was still in a daze.

After Colin finished speaking, the booing at the door became even louder.

Standing outside the door, Abbot first knocked at the door and then teased, "Do the bride wear clothes? If she does, we'll smash the door open!"

Matthew's voice rang out of the door. "Oh, then we'll smash the door open. Come on, everybody..."

As soon as Matthew said those words, Abbot yelled, "One, two, three."

The next second, the unlocked door was pushed open by a group of people.

Colin cursed and pulled the quilt to cover Faye.

Abbot, Ethan, Robert, Maxwell, and Matthew rushed in, threw themselves on the bed, and lifted Colin off.

Colin's nightgown was torn off. Rebecca, Violet, and Aniston, who were standing outside the door, hurriedly looked away.

Colin laughed and scolded, "Today I'm getting married."

Everyone laughed. "That's why we're teasing you!"

Then Abbot took the lead in pushing Colin into the bathroom.

A minute later, the bedroom was quiet, but Colin's yells and the others' laughter erupted in the bathroom.

Colin was pressed against the wall, and the others played tricks on him.

Aniston smiled lightly and answered, "Yes, I slept very well."

Violet's face turned abnormally red upon hearing this. "Yes."

Seeing her like this, Rebecca and Faye looked at each other knowingly.

After a while, the four women went downstairs together.

The makeup artists were waiting downstairs. Seeing Faye come downstairs, they stood up to say hello to her.

Faye nodded. "Let's start."

The leading makeup artist smiled and answered respectfully, "Okay. Congratulations! Best wishes for a joyful home together." Faye replied with a smile, "Thank you."

Wearing makeup was a time-consuming task, seemingly simple, but very complicated. It took two hours to finish her makeup and hairstyle.

As it was about to end, the dressing room door was opened from outside, and Carlotta walked in carrying some food.

Faye turned her head and smiled at Carlotta. "Auntie."

Carlotta stepped forward. "Eat something."

Faye didn't have breakfast and was hungry now. "Thank you."

Carlotta smiled and handed the food to her. "In my hometown, it's a custom to eat before getting into the wedding car."

Faye opened her mouth and Carlotta fed her. Though she wasn't used to this, it could make them get closer.

After eating some, Faye shook her head at Carlotta and said, "Auntie, I'm full."

Carlotta handed Faye the tissue she had prepared in advance and said, "Wipe your mouth. Don't be nervous." Carlotta added, "I just saw Colin. His nightgown is torn into strips."
