Chapter 632 The Fake Boyfriend

Colin's words didn't sound to be entirely true.

Ethan snorted softly and turned the steering wheel.

More than an hour later, their car arrived at Farrell Media.

Ethan stopped the car and turned to look at Colin, "What are you going to do with Hugh?"

Colin grinned and answered, "Let him go to jail for Alexander."

Ethan said in a steady and low tone," Understood."

Colin tapped the car window with his slender fingers. Suddenly, he seemed to think of something and said, "Before we get him into there, find someone to keep an eye on him. I am worried he might do something stupid out of desperation."

Ethan replied, "Don't worry."

After Ethan finished speaking, Colin pushed the door and got out of the car.

Colin left the car for a second and returned to his seat in the next second and said, "I remember that Ms. Rowan's house is in Lespurg. Isn't it?"

Ethan looked at Colin and asked, "Yes. What's wrong?"

Colin smiled and answered, "I'm going to Lespurg for a business trip next week. Are you coming with me?"

Ethan put his hands on the steering wheel, stayed silent, and looked at Colin.

Colin put up a faint smile and said, "That would give you a good reason."

After Ethan heard his words, he moved his lips, and told him off, "Go now."

Colin responded, "What?"

Ethan added, "Get lost now."

After that, Colin chuckled lightly, stepped out of the car, and left. While he was walking away, he waved to Ethan with his back.

Ethan looked at Colin's leaving with a smile on his face. He picked up a cigarette case from the central control and bit a cigarette in his mouth. He took out his mobile phone and opened up the messaging feature. He found the chat room which was on the top and sent a text saying, "Violet, how's everything in Lespurg?"

The text was sent out successfully, but as always, he didn't get any response.

Ethan stared at Violet's profile picture. It was the back of a dancing figure which was herself.

Ethan tapped on the picture with his fingertips. He zoomed in on the picture and rubbed it with his fingertip. No one could know what was on his mind.

On the other side, as soon as Colin entered the office, Robert went in after him shortly.

Colin sat on his executive chair, raised his hand to remove the tie on his neck, and threw it on the desk. He lifted his eyes and looked at Robert, "If you have something to say, just say it." Robert stood up straight and said, "Tanner is on board."

Colin answered, "Um."

Robert continued, "But he and his manager don't seem to be likable."

Colin looked confused and asked, "What's wrong?"

Robert replied honestly, "I heard that he fought with a famous male artist when he came to report in this afternoon because of the lounge."

Colin sneered, "Who was the problem?"

Robert answered, "That male artist."

After that, Robert paused and explained, "The male artist has his eyes on the lounge that belongs to Tanner all this while. But, Ricardo feels that he isn't famous enough to deserve it. So, he never offers him the room."

After Colin heard the words, he laughed mockingly and said, "Well, if that male artist isn't famous enough, how would Tanner do better than him?"

Robert got what Colin was implying in a second and asked, "So, do you mean that Ricardo is deliberately making enemies for Tanner?" Colin sneered and said nothing.

When Colin didn't say anything, Robert didn't know what he was thinking. So, he asked, "Shall I ask Ricardo to re-arrange the lounge for Tanner?" Colin didn't answer and changed the subject, "Does Mrs. Farrell know?"

Robert replied, "I think so."

It was such a big issue that even the president's assistant knew about it. It was impossible for the public relations department to not get any news. Colin said, "If Mrs. Farrell doesn't do anything, there must be a reason for it."

Robert nodded and responded, "Understood."

Colin raised his eyebrows lightly and asked, "What do you understand?"

Robert choked and looked at Colin's faint smile. He wasn't sure what Colin was thinking which made him didn't know what to say.

Colin leaned back into his seat and said, "I want you to meet Tanner in person later as a mere formality and tell him that if there is anything, he can contact you directly."

Robert looked at Colin's wicked smile. His lips moved slightly and seemed to have something to say. But in the end, he only replied with a word, "Um."

Robert had been with Colin for many years and knew his temper very well.

In a situation like that, he shouldn't be asking any questions or making any comments. He just had to put that into action without talking.

A few minutes later, Robert listened to Colin's instructions and appeared in Tanner's lounge.

Robert was very experienced in doing that and he was familiar with the official process.

He looked to be gentle and polite. In fact, he was trying to keep some sort of boundaries.

Tanner wasn't someone who would act inappropriately. He went along with what Robert was saying and didn't try to get close.

About half an hour later, Robert came out of Tanner's office.

As soon as he walked to the corridor, he saw Aniston and William coming out of the elevator.

When William saw Robert, he was stunned for a moment. Then, he looked at Aniston.

Aniston didn't expect to see Robert there. She paused for a while and greeted him awkwardly, "Robert."

Hearing the way that Aniston addressed him, Robert frowned slightly. Then, he walked to Aniston.

When the two looked at each other, Robert leaned over to Aniston's ear and said, "Aniston, you're wrong." Aniston was confused, "Huh?"

Robert touched Aniston's fingertips casually and said, "I'm your boyfriend, not only Robert."

Although it was just in the movie and it was fake, the fake "boyfriend" was also considered a boyfriend. Wasn't it?
