Faye said those words so flatly.

She didn't force Carlotta or let her think that she must take her advice, nor did she ride the high horse or let Carlotta feel as if she was pitying her.

When Andy called her, she was dealing with a female star's sandal.

Faye swiped to answer the call. The next moment, Andy's voice sounded as he said, "Mrs. Farrell, Martha took away Blaine's cinerary casket."

Faye asked, "Where's Martha?"

Andy replied, "In a hotel."

Faye pondered for a while and then winded at Galen who was standing beside her.

Galen got her implication, walked to the female star, and made a posture of "please".

After ending the call with Andy, Faye picked up her car keys on the desk and walked out.

Half an hour later, Faye arrived at the hotel. She then directly took an elevator to the floor on which Martha was living in.

She walked out of the elevator and directly walked to the door of Martha's room. Then she raised her hand and knocked at the door.

After a while, Martha opened the door. She was not surprised at all when she saw Faye. She stepped aside and said, "Come in please."

Faye walked into the room, glanced at Blaine's cinerary casket, and then turned around to look at Martha.

Martha broke the silence before Faye raised a question, "Rest assured. I won't go back on my words. I promised you to leave and I'll do it."

Faye looked askance at Martha and asked, "Are you waiting for me?"

Martha didn't deny it and just said, "Take a seat."

With an indifferent expression, Faye walked to a chair and sat down. Shortly after, Martha said, "I thought Colin could choose a gentle-looking girl before." Faye remained calm and didn't respond to it.

Martha continued, "It turns out that I know little about him."

Faye looked down at her wristwatch and said, "I have limited time as I need to go back to my company to deal with some affairs."

She implied that she didn't have any time for her nonsense.

Martha perceived the impatience in Faye's eyes. She took a deep breath and asked, "Do you know what happened between your mom and Brandon?" Faye's pupils suddenly contracted.

Seeing this, Martha asked in surprise, "Don't you know it?"

Martha looked down and said to herself, "No wonder."

The room was enveloped in silence. After a while, Martha looked up at Faye with a serious expression and said, "You and Colin should stay away from Brandon later."

Faye gazed at Martha and asked, "You can directly come to the point."

With a complicated expression, Martha looked into Faye's eyes. About half a minute later, she moved her lips and said, "Your mom was the one who set the fire that disfigured Brandon." Faye was shocked.
