Rebecca's mother spoke seriously. When she finished speaking, she gave Rebecca a look of "I wish you all the best".

Rebecca told him the truth, "There is no such person at all. The reason my mother said that was to convince my dad to let us go."

Faye said, "Stop being boastful. You better think of how to deal with it next."

Rebecca answered, "Got it!"

Rebecca might seem easygoing most of the time but she was very cautious in terms of the relationship. After all, her family upbringing was strict.

Just like what happened now, she might look chill on the outside, but she was the most flustered person compared to anyone else.

After Faye sent that text out, she didn't receive a reply from Rebecca for a long time. Then, she put her phone on the bedside table to dry her hair. As soon as she put down the phone, the phone vibrated, and a message popped up on the screen, "Blaine is back to Cocanel."
