Chapter 430 Beg Him

Early spring had not yet arrived. The wind blew to the balcony a little strongly.

Hank's words were "blown away" by the wind. They were weak rather than powerful.

After that, he mustered up the courage to look at Faye.

Faye did not look at him and looked forward. "Impossible," she replied.

Hank went speechless.

Faye smiled faintly, "I know myself too well. No one can replace him."

Having heard her words, Hank was frozen for a few seconds.

It might be because he didn't expect Faye to say lover's prattle. Or maybe it was because he didn't expect her to reject him so directly.

Hank and Faye exchanged a few greetings. After a long time, Hank turned to "leave".

In fact, Hank seemed to run away in disarray rather than "leave".

Faye gripped her glass and the water was still warm. However, she didn't want to have a sip anymore.

On the first floor.

Colin was leaning in front of the window looking at Old Mr. Farrell.

Old Mr. Farrell's body was inserted with various instruments to monitor his vital signs, and his breath was faint.

York stood beside him, lowering his voice to give an account of everything.

"It was Tiffany who told Old Mr. Farrell about Blaine's death."

"Old Mr. Farrell passed out after hearing it."

"The old man's health had been poor during this period and he bit the bullet. This news was the last straw. He cracked."

York said by fits and by starts in a steady tone.

As Colin listened, he snorted, "Did he come to his senses after he passed out?"

York replied, "No, he has been unconscious."

"Incapable guy as he is, he is still Old Mr. Farrell's flesh and blood."

York answered, "Indeed."

Colin sneered, "Didn't Brandon show up?"

York shook his head, "I also thought that Brandon would definitely show up due to such an event, but he didn't."

Colin snorted lightly, "Once bitten, twice shy of ten years."

The more cautious a person was, the timider he would be before taking action.

Brandon had secretly set up traps for so many years, so one could imagine what a cautious and prudent man he was.

York did not answer and kept silent.

While Colin and York were chatting, Old Mr. Farrell, who was lying in bed, suddenly coughed a few times, and then he opened his eyes with difficulty.

Seeing this, York was stunned and looked at Colin.

Colin smiled, "Grandpa."

Hearing Colin's voice, Old Mr. Farrell turned his head.

Colin stood straight and stepped forward. "You're awake, Grandpa." He smiled.

Old Mr. Farrell breathed heavily as he sucked in bottle oxygen,, "Colin."

Colin leaned down and propped his hands on the bed, "Not bad, you're quite conscious."

The lips of Old Mr. Farrell were chapped and twitching, "Colin, your father, your father is gone," he said.

Colin snorted, "I know."

Looking at Colin's big smile in front of him, Old Mr. Farrell was irritated. He lifted his trembling hands which were flat on the bed and punched toward Colin on his face. However, he had been sick in bed for a long time and had little strength at all.

Before his hand touched Colin's face, it dropped straight down and only his fingertips made a scratch on Colin's chin.

Colin smiled calmly, "You are still so grumpy."

Old Mr. Farrell's cloudy eyes were bloodshot, "You're a man without any conscience."

Colin replied, "Thanks to your guidance."

Old Mr. Farrell was so angry at his words that his whole body was trembling.

Colin smiled and continued, "I heard that Blaine had suffered a horrible death in prison."

Old Mr. Farrell glared at him with rage.

Colin laughed, "He was a flirt all his life. He died and he couldn't even keep his reproductive organ!"

Old Mr. Farrell gnashed his teeth in anger, "You, you shut up, shut up!!!"

Colin sneered, "Even if I stop saying that, that is still the truth."

Old Mr. Farrell shouted, "I don't believe it!"

Old Mr. Farrell looked like he was about to die of anger. Colin stood straight and straightened his collar. He sneered, "If I could, I would really like to show you the living room and let you see how those side relatives of the Farrells are looking up to Tiffany."

Old Mr. Farrell was agitated, "You didn't keep your promise!"

Colin questioned, "How much threat can a dying person pose to me?"

Old Mr. Farrell gnashed his teeth, "Aren't you afraid that the spies I arranged will tell Faye the truth about what happened in that year?"

Colin looked at him coldly, "Are you sure those guys will have a chance to approach her?"

Old Mr. Farrell shouted, "Despicable!"

Colin laughed coldly, "I am not more despicable than you."

Colin did not really want to visit Old Mr. Farrell, he just wanted to ascertain how long he would live.

And he got that now. He didn't look at Old Mr. Farrell anymore and tipped York a wink. Then he walked toward the door.

Old Mr. Farrell saw this and shouted, "Colin, Colin ..."

Colin pretended not to hear. He twisted the door handle to open the door.

Old Mr. Farrell begged, "Colin, please, can you take your father home? I beg you..."
