Hearing his words, Faye pursed her lips into a straight line in silence.

Faye smiled, "Uncle Jadon, my aunt rarely goes out. Please take care of her."

Colin replied, "Suitable. Not only you but also Abbot wants to see it."

Faye hesitated for a while and replied with a smile, "OK! Come back to pick me up."

Half an hour later, after Colin pulled over at the entrance of Fennth Community, Faye bent over and got into the car in casual clothes.

Seeing her sit down, Colin immediately leaned over to help fasten her seat belt.

Faye replied, "You decide it."

After she finished speaking, she heard a light cough from the back seat.

Abbot had a cast on his arm which was fixed to his chest with a bandage around his neck, looking a bit funny. He complained, "Can you stop showing affection?"

Faye didn't answer, but Colin put his hand on the back of the passenger seat, rolled his eyes at Abbot, and asked, "Are you jealous?"

Abbot retorted, "Do I look like a person who would be jealous of you?"

Colin showed a half-smile and said, "You asked me to put in a good word for your uncle. I've thought about it, but I think..."

Before he could finish his words, Abbot interrupted, "Yeah, I'm jealous."

Colin raised his eyebrows lightly and said solemnly, "Mr. Carter, I don't think you look like a man who would be jealous of others."

Abbot rolled his eyes and didn't want to look at Colin's smug face anymore. So, he leaned back in the seat, closed his eyes helplessly, and lied through his teeth, "That's because I hide it deeply."
