Duke did not let her finish her sentence. He just took out her other leg in firm yet gentle

movements.

Adeena was stunned for a while.

She only came back to her senses after the man had turned around, walked out of the room, and closed the door.

She did not know how to feel about this.

She could feel that this man's concern for her was not forced.

'But how long have we known each other for? Could people really fall in love so quickly?'

'Why does it feel like this man loves me?'

She must be under some sort of spell.

Adeena quickly put on her clothes, which fit her perfectly, as though it was tailor-made for her.

She put on her shoes, opened the door, and walked out of the bedroom.

From this angle, she could see the corner of the dining room. Duke was sitting at the dining table with the four children, and the housekeeper was attending to him.

The family of five created a heartwarming picture.

She felt an urge to rush over and join them...

Adeena pursed her lips and walked down the stairs slowly.

"Aunt Deena, you look so beautiful in that dress!" Harold's mouth must be covered in honey because sweet words kept pouring out. "This pink dress makes you look particularly radiant.
