Meanwhile, Eloise awaited the good news at her family's villa. At that point, the trio she had sent to Pyralis University should have given her an update, telling her that they had destroyed Bonnie's reputation and gotten her expelled.

However, no one called Eloise to update her. Instead, she discovered that the trio had gotten arrested. She gazed at her phone and watched how the army captured them. Shock and rage overwhelmed her as she tightened her grip on her phone.

'I can't believe how dramatic things turned out! Even the army got involved. That bitch managed to slip through my fingers again!'

Eloise panted in anger at the thought. She felt like she could explode at any moment, clutching her chest and panting heavily. Ultimately, Eloise failed to calm down and shot up from her bed. She then grabbed an object from the table and smashed it on the floor.

"Useless piece of shit! They're all worthless! I can't believe I spent so much money hiring them! Bonnie, you bitch! Just die already, you fucker! Die, die, die!" Eloise proceeded to smash more things. Crash! Clang!

The sounds of objects breaking echoed throughout her room. Afterward, she finally calmed down and cleared her head to think about the army arresting the people she had hired.

'It's strange. The whole thing was blown out of proportion, but it wasn't too big a deal. The military shouldn't have shown up. Did they intervene for Bonnie?'

However, that notion quickly disappeared.

'That's impossible! Bonnie's just a student, and the unremarkable Shepards even disowned her. She's also just a country bumpkin. Why would the military deploy its troops for someone like her? It must be something else.'

Suddenly, someone knocked on the door. Then, Eloise heard her mom yelling, "Dinner's ready! You can come out now!"

"Coming, Mom! Go on downstairs without me. I'll be there in a second." Eloise did not want her mother to see the mess in her room, or she would get an earful.

"Be quick! You're going shopping with me after dinner. I don't want you to be holed up in your room all day." Sharron looked at the closed door and sighed helplessly.

'Eloise has changed since Bonnie showed her up. Her temper has worsened, and she spends all day in her room. Eloise rarely even leaves the villa. If she keeps this up, I fear she'll ruin herself.

'I can't understand it. I've seen Bonnie-she has nothing over Eloise besides her looks. Why did Ivor insist on choosing Bonnie instead of my daughter?'

As the Gallaghers had dinner, they suddenly heard a helicopter outside.

Whir!

Chester put down his cutlery and looked out the window. He frowned when the sound approached. "Is someone flying a helicopter to our villa? How can they be so clueless? Come on, let's check it out."
