“Mom” Summer walked into the room with Adam

“Yes?” Aunt Nat asked, muting the TV

“I’m going with Adam to his work place. I might be back late” she said and walked out of the room with Adam.

“Work?” I asked confused

“Well, to make these humans believe that we’re not weird, some of us work. The Alpha doesn’t work of course. Liam, he works and so does-”

“Wait! So you’re telling me that I can go and work?” I stood up

“Yeah. You can. But being the Alpha’s daughter, you don’t have to” she said and I shook my head

“I am. You know what, I’m going to find myself a job” I said smiling

“There’s no point Mia. In a week, you’ll have to leave” she said and I shrugged

“So?” I walked out of the room and towards the mirror, in the hallway.

I was wearing a black skirt, with a white blouse. Perfect I thought opening my hair and running my hand through it.

“Are you going someone?” Daniel asked walking downstairs

“Yep. Bye” I kissed his cheek and grabbed my keys and walked out of the castle.

I walked towards my car, and sat inside.

After 1 hour of driving, I finally got to the mall. It’s the best way to find a job right?

I parked the car, close to the entrance, and got out. I went inside and after a couple of minutes, I found a shop that said need employees.

I walked inside the clothes shop, and towards the counter.

“Excuse me” I ran the little bell, just as a woman with blonde hair walked out.

“Yes?” She raised her eyebrow looking at me up and down

“I saw the sign on your window, and-”

“Oh sorry love. Silly me, I should have taken it down. We don’t take professional. But if you’re looking for a job, you could go out of the mall, and towards Blake companies. I think they would love to take you” she smiled

“Oh okay” I mumbled and walked out of the shop.

Was it me, or was she chatting shit!

“I’ll try” I mumbled to myself and walked out of the mall.

I walked towards my car to see a few guys taking a picture with it. It is an audi r8, plus white, so I understand why.

“Oh sorry” one of them said moving away from the car.

“It’s okay. Hey do you know where Blake-”

“Blake companies is? Yep. If you take a left, and then carry on straight, you should see it” one of the guys said and I nodded

“Thanks. I better be going” I sat in my car as they walked away.

I followed the directions, and was shocked to see a big company.

Really Mia? Really I thought getting out of the car.

I walked inside to see a few girls standing around the reception. I stood next to them, in line, hoping I could talk to the receptionist.

“Hurry up! You’re all late” a girl walked towards us, and pushed us all forward.

" Oh no-” she shook her head.

“All of you go to the elevator. Mr Blake has finished with one of the girls. One of you are going to be next!” She exclaimed pushing a few buttons and the door closed.

“Excuse-”

“Come on” she muttered as the doors opened. I followed all the girl out of the elevator, and to the chairs.

“H-”

“Who wants to go first?” The woman asked ignoring me

A girl put her hand up and walked away, with the woman.

“I can’t believe I have this chance to meet Mr Blake! I don’t care, if I don’t get this job. As long as I see his face-” someone sighed dreamily behind me

I turned to her, and smiled.

“Who is Mr Blake?” I asked and she gasped

“You don’t know who Mr Blake is?” She exclaimed and every girl looked at me

“Ha- no I-I know who is he! I meant-”

“He is the hottest guy in Texas. He’s so nice as well” another girl sighed

“Rachel!” I heard a voice in the office.

“It’s him!” The girls giggled as the woman, who ignored me started walking to the door.

Before she got to the door, the girl walked out, smiling.

“Oh my god!!!” She exclaimed and ran to the elevator

“Rachel! I told you not-” the voice sounds familiar.

I stood up slowly, just as Tyler walked out of the office.

“Tyler!” I exclaimed

“Mia?...Shit!” He walked back to his office.

“Hey! Tyler!” I exclaimed walking to the door, just as the door closed and Rachel stopped me.

“Move! I know Tyler. I swear, I didn’t know he worked here” I laughed to myself.

“I’m sorry, but you can’t go in” Rachel said and I rolled my eyes

“Tyler knows me” I mumbled

“Every girl thinks Tyler knows them. Leave or I’ll call security” she ordered

“Tyler!” I shouted and she muttered something in walkie-talkie

“Can you move out of the way?” I asked her about to lose my temper, just as the door opened, and Tyler walked out.

“Move Rachel. Let her in” he muttered and walked back into his office. She stepped out of the way and I walked in to see,Tyler pacing up and down, while running a hand threw his hair.

“I didn’t think -”

“You didn’t think I would work here, I know. But what are you doing here Mia?” he sighed looking at me

“Well I wanted to get a job, so I went to the mall, and a girl said I should come here, but I never heard of this place. So I come inside, and get pushed with all these girls upstairs. I just wanted to ask if there was any jobs-”

“You’re rambling Mia!” He exclaimed sitting on his chair.

“Oh. Okay, but you get the point right? And you didn’t tell me that you work here. What do you do?” I asked sitting on the table,and laying my feet on his lap

“This place is very professional-” he pushed my feet down

“And I own this place” he muttered closing his eyes and laying his head back on the chair.

“What! This whole company is yours! Wow! Congratulations Tyler, this place is big. So you’re like the CEO right, or high than that.” I muttered shocked

“Yep. Now go home Mia. I have interviews to get too” he opened his eyes and stared at me.

“Oh. Wait! Can’t you give me a job? Please! You don’t have to pay me, but I’m bored at home-”

“What about Daniel?” He asked

“Does Daniel know you work here? I mean, it must have taken you a long time to build all of this” I looked at him.

“I’m a vampire, so-”

“Wait! How old are you Tyler? If you don’t mind me asking of course. My mom is a vampire as well, and she’s 146” I explained

“I’m 122. I’m 22 in human years”

“So you’re 22?” I asked and he nodded

“Your 19 right?” He asked and I nodded

“So about that job?” I raised my eyebrow

“Mia, I can’t give you a job. Your parents- I can’t Mia” he muttered

“Why?” I asked standing up

“Because Mia, you’re not allowed to work! You’re a princess!” He exclaimed and I froze

“Really Tyler? Asshole” I muttered and walked towards the door. I opened the door, ignoring Tyler calling me.

“Mia!” He exclaimed as I reached the elevator

“Asshole! I didn’t think you were like that Tyler” I shouted standing in the elevator as the door closed.

“Fucking asshole. Ugh” Why does it hurt!

Asshole Tyler! That’s what I’m going to call him.
