Nancy heaved a sigh of relief after listening to her, and her features softened. However, she was still apprehensive about Joan's safety.

"Larry, are you really not worried at all?" Caspian made his way into Larry's office and asked

There was no doubt that the man was worried sick.

Of course I'm worried.She's the woman I love! Larry put down the pen in his hand and narrowed his eyes as he gazed out the window dolefully.

"So what if I'm worried about her? She's not even picking up my calls” Larry said helplessly.

Asking Larry about the matter was akin to stepping on his tail.

Joan would answer Jessica's calls, and even Nancy's.

As expected, she's only here looking for me because of money.

Why should I give her money?She’s neither my girlfriend nor is she pregnant with my child.
