Colin smiled helplessly after saying those words and pressed the place between his eyebrows with his fingers.

Faye wasn't surprised at it, nor did she probe into this.

Anyway, Colin wouldn't harm her.

Colin raised his brows in surprise when seeing that Faye didn't probe into this matter. He called her in a low voice, "Honey."

Faye looked into his eyes and asked, "What's the matter?"

Colin said with a smile, "It feels so great to be trusted by you unconditionally."

Faye said, "It's precious. Do cherish it."

Faye sat in the bathtub to have a bath and rested her head on the edge of the bathtub lazily, seeming to be in a daze. After a short while, she felt sleepy.

When Colin pushed open the door to look for Faye, he found the latter had unknowingly fallen asleep.

Colin strode into the bathroom, squatted down, and pecked on Faye's cheek dotingly. Then he gave her a simple shower, wrapped her in a bath towel, and then carried her up in his arms.

When Colin carried Faye up, the latter rubbed against his chest and called, "Colin."

Colin chuckled and said, "Just sleep."

Faye replied, "Okay."

Faye slept soundly and woke up naturally the next day. When she opened her eyes, she found Colin had gotten up.

She went downstairs after a simple wash and found Colin chatting with Carlotta in the living room.

Carlotta seemed to be in a good mood. She asked, "Is it far?"

Colin replied with a smile, "Not that far. We can take this chance to relax."

Carlotta said, "Is this project cooperated by Abbot and Rebecca?"

Colin answered, "Yes."

Colin spotted Faye when talking to Carlotta, stood up, walked up to her, and asked with a smile, "Did you have a good rest?" Faye replied, "Yep. Why did you get up so early?"

Colin reached out to tuck Faye's hair behind her ears and twiddled her earlobe, answering, "I was awakened by Abbot's call." Faye didn't hear Colin and Carlotta's conversation just now. She asked doubtfully, "Why did Abbot call you?"

Colin replied, "Nothing special. He invited us to go to his holiday village for several days."

Faye asked, "What?"

Colin leaned forward, bowed his head, and whispered into her ear, "He wants to create chances for himself and Jadon."

Faye tilted her head to look at Colin when she heard the words.

Colin grinned evilly and said, "It's like what you're thinking."

Faye raised her brows and asked, "Was Abbot enlightened?"

Colin replied, "He's still that narcissistic man, but he has realized his feelings."

Faye pressed her lips, seeming to be pondering about something.

Colin reached out, wrapped an arm around her waist, and said in a low voice, "I admit that I also have some selfish motives. I don't want you to intervene in Rex's matter and want to take you out for relaxation." Faye remained silent.

Colin said, "Murder should be sentenced to a death sentence. We're all clear of it. But I can promise you that he won't suffer when he's in prison."

Discerning the anticipation in Colin's eyes and thinking of the force majeure in Rex's matter, Faye nodded and agreed, "Okay."

Colin hugged Faye tightly and said, "We'll have a better mood after relaxation and this can help to get ready for pregnancy." Faye said, "How many birds can you kill with one stone?"

After breakfast, Colin drove Faye and Carlotta to the holiday village run by Abbot.

The three of them set off at nine in the morning and arrived near noon.

Abbot's holiday village was fully equipped. It had springs, hotels, as well as various entertainment equipment.

Colin drove the car into the holiday village, took out his phone, and called Abbot.

Abbot had reserved some rooms for them in advance and the lobby manager was Abbot's subordinate before. Spotting Colin, the manager hurriedly walked up and greeted, "Mr. Farrell, Mrs. Farrell." Colin said with a smile, "Abbot is having a meeting."

The lobby manager smiled apologetically and said, "Yep. Mr. Carter prepares to build a water park here, but we can't decide on the location."

While speaking, the manager made a "please" gesture and continued, "Mr. Carter asked me to arrange for you to have a rest when you come." Colin said, "Let's go."

Several minutes later, the four of them took an elevator upstairs.

The lobby manager arranged two suites for three of them, of which one belonged to Colin and Faye and one belonged to Carlotta alone. The two suites were adjacent.

The lobby manager introduced the holiday village to them while opening the door for them. Then the door of the opposite room was suddenly opened. Rebecca who was in a bathrobe popped out her head from behind the door, whistled at Faye, and asked, "Beauty, would you like to date me?"
