The young man squinted his eyes and picked up a branch. He imbued it with his inner energy, and the branch shot toward Felix without any warning.

Felix was taken aback, but it was too late for him to evade it in time. A second later, he felt like he had been hit by a bullet as the branch shot through his shoulder. A hole appeared, and his bones cracked.

“Finn! How dare you attack me!” Felix shouted angrily. Finn had attacked him without any warning, so he hadn't been able to dodge in time.

Finn said calmly, “It seemed to me that you were going to attack us, so I couldn't let you harm Qiana and Lily.”

As soon as he finished speaking, he lifted his arm and a storm blew through the area. A second later, Finn flew back and rammed into a tree several feet away.

Finn spurted out a mouthful of blood and fell unconscious.

Kayson ignored the others and walked up to Felix, who still hadn't come around to his senses.
