The nurses greeted Josiah friendlily. "Mr. Bayer, you're here again!"

Josiah smiled at them and headed straight to the hospital ward.

Rowan was thoughtful as he retrieved the medicine and adjusted the dosage as usual.

"Take the meds first," he said. "We'll do the injection if there's no allergy reaction half an hour later."

Kelly obediently took the medication.
