Lauren thought for a while and then shook her head, saying, "No."

"You don't know?" Leo raised his head in shock and looked at Lauren with helplessness. His chest rose and fell, and his eyes

So Leo became happy again, leaned into Lauren's arms, and said to her, "My Dad told me that my mother was an angel, and after giving birth to me, she goes back to the heaven. She will come back when I grow up."

After saying this, Leo quickly raised his head to glance at Lauren, then lowered his head, and crossed his little fingers, "I met

many people, but I didn't tell them that I was looking for my mother."

Lauren now realized that Leo asking her whether she was his mother.

Lauren didn't know how to reply. She saw the expectation in Leo's face so she didn't want to disappoint him.

Fortunately, Daphne came over with the last dish. Lauren handed Leo fork and knife and said, "Let's have lunch."

"Alright." Leo was a little depressed without getting a reply from Lauren.
