I limped into the cave where the rest of the girls with angelica who supported me with one hand on my shoulder and other around my waist. Once we were inside the Cave, angelica helped me seat down on the ground and placed my head against the walls of the cave. My left hands still hurts so badly that I wished that I could cut it off. angelica sat beside me and placec my head on her shoulder.

“The girls could have helped but you did nothing and just ran away," Angelica accused each of the girls about leaving her behind when she called for help. “is this how you'll protect your queen if I am in trouble huh?” she asked. “you will prefer to leave me crying for help than helping me instead!” she yelled at them.

“really?” Danielle scoffed. "your incoming highness,” Danielle did a mock brow and rubbed her brows. “there is no I am goin to die all because I want to be in your good book or desperate to win,” she turned to face me and grinned like an evil witch. “if I risk my life and die then I am sure that the competition will go on,” she blew air on her manicured fingers.

“Dying to protect others is not something that I will like to do!” she shook her head and yawned.

“you wouldn't save the king too?” Angelica asked yet another question and it was a tricky one because Danielle could be ou of the competition if angelica speaks against her.

Danielle chuckled and looked around her staring into the faces of the girls looking for who to put the blame on. She didn't want to answer the question first and was seeking for the person she will asked to answer the question. “Hale, if you were i danger with the king ten what would you do huh?” she asked.

“but the question was not directed to me.” Halie retorted. "you answer the question, Danielle.

“yes Danielle. Answer the question; even her friend Rebekah wanted to hear what she had to say. “answer the simple question.”

“or are you scared of your answers?” Angelica asked her.

“Are you scared that your answers would be bad huh?”

“wait!” Danielle shouted. “I am just the king's s*x slave not his protector. I was brought to the royal home to f**k the king no to become his guard. The king is strong enough to protect himself from danger and if he is in danger, he will protect me first because he has to. I mean look at me;" Danielle pointed to her body. * I am endowed and a good f**k too so the king wouldn't want to lose someone as tasty as me.”

“you all think that f*****g the king would give you access into his heart huh?” there was hint of anger in angelica's tone and she laughed so hard that she rubbed my head in process. “I am going to be the Luna queen and you all are going to be substitute,” she stated bluntly and I would be lying if I said that I didn't feel attacked from her comments.

“what makes you think that being queen would make you get the king's heart huh?” Rebekah asked the question that I wanted to ask and that was the truth. Angelica trusted in herself to be the queen's heart rob and befriended me in order to win but I hated that she had to use me like that. If I wanted to win, I would love to do it my own way.

Angelica laughed and clapped her hands forgetting that I was resting my head on her shoulder. The vibrations of her hands made my head shakes terribly and I thought it would fall off until angelica stopped clapping. “you are humans and no werewolf would ever accept you as their queen. You would never be someone like me!”

Angelica was right. None of us present in that cage was ever going to become queen because we were humans and just like she had said, they will never accept someone like us. It was a waste of time if any of us believed that we could have a future with Fenrir. I had thought about that when he offered me the position of the noble consort.

No matter how many times that I changed status, I was still going to be known as Fenrir's slave.

“whatever you say miss queen,” Danielle finally said after a moment of silence. She stood up from the ground and headed towards the end of the cave that might lead somewhere. “I better move along with my partner cause the time is counting and I don’t want to become a loser,” Danielle raised her tag and showed it to everyone. “the jewelry had got to be somewhere here,” she shouted from inside the cave. “guys!” her loud voice echoed through the cave. “there is a pool here!” she announced.

All the girls except from angelica and I stood up from the ground and ran into the cave. “it is a waterfall!” their voices sounded as they all squealed glad to find such discovery.

“we better go have a bath,” Angelica whispered to me and I nodded in response. “you need that bath because you reek of blood and sweats,” she stood up and stretched forth her hand for me to take. I grabbed her hand and she pulled me up fron the ground. “how are you feeling now?” she asked as she helped me towards the end of the cave. Once we walked out of the cave, the loud noise of waterfall sounded making the soothing ocean sound.

“amazing!” I exclaimed as I looked around me. the waterfall was a very beautiful one and it made me wondered how it was separated from the rest of the forest. The place was bright unlike the forest that was dark like the devil's soul.

“now, we take our bath,” Angelica pulled off her clothes and was only left in her underwear while the rest of the girls were practically naked.

Once Angelica finished her boot, she helped me out of my clothes as my left arm was practically useless.

“let's go bath!” ANgelica grabbed my uninjured hand as we both towards run the waterfall. If only our friendship could last long.
